DUMB no doubt...!
I'd rather they made cops using the taser gun on students who are working in their college library illegal...remember the incident of the Iranian student in California...
yes I would like to see that as well.
my understanding is: institutions do not regulate themselves. be it law enforcement or educational institutions.
there are laws that regulate conduct of peoples, because such people are not themselves identified with any institution.
